Andrew Capper

Senior Instructor

Andy is a passionate teacher with a heritage of experience & notable achievements including receiving his 2nd degree from the late Nicholas Brooks.

He has been involved in BJJ for over 20 years & was the British Army’s first Black Belt. Andy has attained numerous gold medals at Black Belt level in comps such as The British Open, Grapple Industries, Bedford, Hereford, Newquay opens.

Andy is a European & World Championship veteran. His greatest achievement to date is winning a Bronze Medal at the 2022 World Championships in Las Vegas. Andy has trained with and competed against some of the worlds best grapplers.

Ed Ingamells

Head Coach

1st Degree Black Belt under Nicholas Brooks former instructor at Mill Hill HQ He now heads up the Institute of Grappling based in London.

Ed has competed in over 200 grappling matches in various rule sets from Gi to Catch Wrestling with a very impressive win rate with more than 130 of his wins via submission!

His achievements to date include IBJJF European champion, multiple British and English titles, ADCC nationals Ireland and Germany champion, NAGA European Title, Polaris Pro winner and finalist at the world Catch Wrestling championship’s.

Lyubo Kumbarov

Head Wrestling Coach

Lyubo attended the number 1 sports school in Bulgaria from age 12. Since then Lyubo has been involved with the sport of Freestyle, Grecoroman, Folks-style and ( USA college) wrestling.

He's a member of the number 1 ranked wrestling school in Bulgaria and Europe - 1 Central Sport Club of the Army.  The best sport school in Bulgaria , which specialises in developing Olympic level athletes.

He's 2 times National Sport Academy Champion at the top sport university in Europe. 4 times Bulgarian National champion and also of many other international competitions, earning a sports scholarship to wrestle in the USA at NYAC.

While in USA Lyubo was voted the most outstanding wrestler at Iowa Nationals Duels and came 1st in Rocky Mountain Nationals, Denver Colorado. East coast National Champion in New York, representing NYAC. And since 2009 in the UK developing wrestling grappling for Bjj & MMA. Lyubo is also head wrestling coach at Roger Gracie's UFC gym in Nottingham, head coach at Mill Hill BJJ and GB Olympic wrestling coach.

Andy Parr

Instructor

Andy has been involved in martial arts for over 30 years. He initially started kicking boxing before progressing to MMA and then BJJ. It was whilst coaching MMA he realised his passion for grappling and BJJ, which he's focussed on for the last 15 years (since 2008), getting awarded his Black Belt in July 2022 from Andrew Capper.
Over his years of coaching kickboxing, MMA & BJJ Andy has trained numerous Champions and Medallists at National an International levels. He's also an active competitor himself and has won Gold medals at all the belt levels he’s competed at, winning the following championships to date :
2019 AGA European Champion (Purple Belt)
2019 UKBJJA British Champion (Purple Belt)
2022 UKBJJ British Champion (Black Belt)

Rob Fulton

Head of Junior Programs

Rob Fulton is an accomplished martial artist training for over 30 years, he originally started doing Lau gar king fu and gaining a black belt. 

He then went on to train at The Still kickboxing club and went on to winning a WAKO British title. He also ran a full time martial arts school further broadening his knowledge, starting studying Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with Darren Currie at combat base.

Initially he started in the Gi but then studied no gi and later started studying in MMA, which led to him competing at a professional level. Rob then retired from MMA and concentrated solely on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Ed Ingamells and Andy Parr.

Rob has taken the BJJ bull by the horns and is competes regularly winning several notable competitions to date including - 

2019 AGF European gold medallist (blue belt)

2019 IBJJF European bronze medallist (blue belt) 

2020 IBJJF London international gold medallist (blue belt)

2022 IBJJF London international gold medallist (purple belt)

2022 IBJJF No Gi European gold medallist (purple belt )

2022 IBJJF Rome international silver medallist (purple belt)

2022 British No Gi gold medallist (purple belt)
