Andy Parr
Awarded his Black Belt in 2022, Andy has over 30 years of martial arts experience. He has coached numerous champions and is an active competitor himself, winning gold at multiple belt levels including the 2019 AGA European Championship.
Andrew Capper
A passionate teacher with a heritage of experience and notable achievements. Andy has been involved in BJJ for over 20 years and was the British Army's first Black Belt. He has won numerous gold medals at the Black Belt level in competitions such as The British Open and Grapple Industries. He won a Bronze Medal at the 2022 World Championships in Las Vegas.
Ed Ingamells
1st Degree Black Belt under Nicholas Brooks. Ed heads up the Institute of Grappling based in London. He has competed in over 200 matches with an impressive win rate (over 130 via submission). Achievements include IBJJF European champion, NAGA European Title, and Polaris Pro winner.
Lyubo Kumbarov
A highly decorated Bulgarian wrestler with multiple national titles. Lyubo has wrestled at the Olympic level and coached at top schools across Europe and the USA. He is the head wrestling coach at Roger Gracie's UFC gym in Nottingham and is known for his world-class technique.
