Our agreement and standards for membership and training.
Engagement with Lincoln Grappling Coalition is governed by the following terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our website, booking a free class, or engaging our training services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Training Services
Lincoln Grappling Coalition provides Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi and No-Gi), Submission Wrestling, and Children's Grappling classes. We also offer 1-1 private tuition and seminars.
3. Membership and Fees
Memberships are provided on a monthly subscription basis with no long-term contracts unless otherwise specified. Fees are subject to change with prior notice.
4. Code of Conduct
All members are expected to conduct themselves with respect and integrity. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, bullying, or unsafe training practices.
5. Liability and Safety
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling are high-contact combat sports. While we take every precaution to ensure a safe training environment, LGC shall not be liable for any injuries sustained during training or on the premises. Members are responsible for their own personal accident insurance.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
